PAYMENT
You can make payment via Paypal (credit card) or direct deposit.Paypal payment is via credit card (in Australian dollars) to ensure security.
After you have confirmed your order, and postage + handling charges have been added, then you will be redirected to the Paypal website to make your payment. Once your payment has been verified we will automatically be informed, and your order will be processed. To find out more about Paypal, click here.

If you would like to pay by cash or cheque, please send us an email stating what you would like to order, and we will email you further instructions.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We send all orders within 2 days of payment.You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please check for your confirmation. Items incur a postage and handling charge which is calculated by weight, and is added to your order at checkout. You will be sent an email to confirm that your items have been posted.
Skullduggery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Skullduggery reserves the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders are sent via Australia Post.Regular Post - This can take between 1 - 6 business days depending on your location and the time of the year. If your order is under $50 in value and you would like it registered please email us.
Regular Registered Post - We send orders over $50 in value via Registered Post. This provides insurance cover, and can be tracked from our end. For example, if you have purchases that add up to $300, they will be Registered and fully insured for only $4.95. If your order valued over $50 can fit into an express post bag, we will use this method as it is also trackable.
Local Pick Up - If you live in Perth you also have the option to collect your purchase from red stripe clothing in Northbridge. It is the primary stockist of Skullduggery and is open 7 days a week.
If you would like to do this, select Local Pickup in the checkout. Once your payment has cleared, we will send a confirmation email to let you know when your order is available to pick up from the shop, which is located at 8-10 Roe Street, Northbridge (directly opposite the Perth Train Station, on the corner of William Street).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All orders are posted via Australia Post and are orders over the value of $100AUD are insured.International Air Mail - Air Mail takes between 3-10 business days depending on your location.
International postage charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees.
Please ensure before purchasing that this item is allowed into your country. Country specific regulations define what may be sent and how it may be sent. Skullduggery is not responsible for items seized by customs in your country. If you are unsure about this or can't find the information, send us an email.
RETURNS
Please save the invoice received with your package, as this is your receipt. If a return is authorised, postage costs may be at your expense, depending on the circumstance.We do not offer cash refunds. We will consider a exchange if an item doesn't fit, is proven faulty, has been grossly misrepresented, or a mistake has been made by us. In this event, contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item- no return without email approval first.
Email us with the following details;
- Your name and Order Number.
- Description of the item you would like to send back.
- Reason / problem with the item.
- Description of the replacement item and size.
Under no circumstances do we accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged or soiled.
